In collaboration with all the residents of the Pink House at that time—Machteld Bernaert, Rien Schellemans, Camille Cluzan, Daniel Van Espen, Luisa Ungar, Gijs Waterschoot, and Ersi Varveri—each resident, as artist/editor, selected a theme and invited their own group of contributors to the magazine.
Each contribution was printed using our photocopier and arranged in piles throughout each room in the house.
Visitors were invited to assemble their own Pink House Press magazine by collecting each A4 contribution from every room.
The cover for PHp #4 could be picked up from the kiosk (periptero) on the ground floor, after which visitors could explore the rooms to gather the pages for the issue.
There’s much to say about the contributions, but I’m not sure where to start! Take a look for yourself. One thing I can share is that each magazine includes a personalized drawing by K1000 Camille Cluzan—magic, magic!
